Josh is a catalyst for change.  As a prior triathlete I had to take a break from triathlons due to my schedule.  I needed a new more efficient way to stay in shape.  I have been training with Josh for over a year and he has helped me take my fitness to a whole new level.  I recently did 70 pull ups.  Not bad for a 48 year old guy.  Most recently, I injured my knee and Josh created many different workouts so I could continue my fitness routine.  Interestingly my doctor said I would be off the knee and in a brace for at least six weeks.  Due to training and exercising the right way I am already out of the brace in three weeks.  Josh is working in his flame, he loves helping people.  If you are looking for a fitness breakthrough he is your guy.

I met Josh when I was attempting one last effort to try to take my weight and health back—to a better place. I was the 50 year old guy who lost the same 10 lbs year after year only to find another 15lbs six months later. My kids were concerned and wanted me to get my health back. Finally, I decided I wanted to as well. I remember the day I met Josh. It was my first work out. He was filled with encouragement and atta-boys along the way. I thought, “I can do this.”  I lost 50 lbs in 18 months. I wasn’t perfect and consistent, but I kept plodding along. The constant was Josh’s believing in me and coaching me to push myself. His technique and understanding of physiology and what works best and how to avoid injury have been guard rails for me. I feel confident now working out and in the process I’ve gained a new friend. Josh is kind, funny, smart and made for coaching others. I couldn’t recommend his services more.

I met Josh out at a restaurant and was not sure should I call him.  What could he really do for this big guy who has tried almost everything to be healthy. I had won and failed so many times that how could he motivate me to be better.  I stepped out on faith and called Josh after about a month after our meeting. I am sooo glad that I did.  I feel better about me and my end goals.  I know I am the only one in my way in being the best version of me.  Josh has a lot to do with that thought process.  I am getting stronger and doing things I never thought I be capable to do. I still have a long way to go and I have caused my own delays in the process, but Josh is patient with me to see me through.  I don’t want to just make me proud, but want Josh to see the fruit he gave me was worth every sweat on our three times a week journey.
